Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Somers Creations purchase, and if you're not satisfied, here's how we can help:
- You have 10 days from receiving your item to request a return.
- Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Tumblers must be in original box and unused. Stationery items can not be written on or any missing pages or return will not be approved.
- You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process.
Damages and Issues:
- Inspect your order upon arrival; if it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, let us know immediately.
Non Returnable Items:
- Custom Items can not be returned, which is why custom items will be approved by customer prior to item being made.
⁃ Items made specifically for 1 customer is also a customized item and can not be returned.
- Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
- If your item is defected by fault of us you must send defective item back before we ship out a new item. Item will be the exact item you ordered and will be exchanging.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
